Avatar, Titanic, Lion King, Harry Potter.
Not srs.
Some of you need to learn what underated means.
OK, then I vote for Citizen Kane, The Godfather, Psycho, Gone with the Wind and Casablanca. Is that underrated?

Very Bad Things. Probably the basis for The Hangover.
Take the Money and Run - I thought was one of Woody Allen's best movies. Annie Hall and Manhattan are the two that are always rated so high and I didn't like either one, but Take the Money and Run was hilarious.
Strangers on a Train - although on some Top 100 lists, is not one of Hitchcock's most well know movies, but is a very clever well thought out movie. I loved it. Although I love about 90% of Hitchcock's movies.

"Take the Money and Run" I think still gets some retro-critical acclaim, but it's overshadowed by Allen's "golden period" that didn't have a lot of chaff from Annie Hall to roughly Hannah and Her Sisters — a nine-year run. I do like "Annie Hall," though, it's always on my best-of '70s/all-time list.
As for "Strangers," I nearly hesitated to include it as underrated, because it hasn't been forgotten in critical circles — but I easily included it based on the overshadowing principle — Even I lot Hitchcock-admirers don't tend to list it above "Psycho," "Vertigo," "Rear Window" and "North By Northwest" and (sometimes) "The Birds" and "Rope."
Was a fav of mine for a long time. Also on board with Empire Records.
I'll add With Honors and Thank You for Smoking (not sure if either have been mentioned yet)
