Jack Campbell doesn't punt. Though he probably could.

Last year I’d have let you have five Jack Campbells if you’d have just an average punter instead. He was MVP of the game by light years, not a dig on anybody, just reality for anybody who watched.

Bend don’t break is an issue. It gives Iowa 30 free yards to get in position for the killer punt. Might want to consider a higher pressure defense that could cause a turnover and give a positive field flip instead of negative.

I was listening on the radio but I believe they punted from the 36 and an Iowa player caught it in the air at the 2. 90% of the time I’d say idiotic to punt from 36 but when you consistently get a result like that it makes sense.

So you kind of have to ignore the avg and look at the results, that 34 yard punt is unbelievable to have that accuracy and hang time. He seemed to be just as 1st team all American yesterday as he was vs us a year ago.

there was just no SDSU rush on that play. Taylor held the ball in place for a solid 2 second count before he released the punt (probably could have held it longer).
