For what it's worth, scout is the only recruiting site to list him as 4 stars, all others 3 stars. What position are we recruiting him for, I assume RB as Ayeni is leading the charge?
5'10" with a 4.67 40yd seems like there's a lot left to be desired, what am I missing about this kid? Doesn't appear fast enough to be a corner or fly route WR with that size.

WR actually. If you look at his videos, he can juke a lot of kids out and was a QB in high school so he brings a lot of experience to the table.
40 times are a great stat to drool over during recruiting and the combine, but by themselves are an extremely poor predictor of football talent.

This Jones kid has 2 teammates that I really want for next years class. They are both DBs- a 4 star and a 3 star.

Watch his video. It appears that the 40 time is not accurate. His HS is a big time football program in Ohio. Seems like a good alternative to Killings.
