I hope not. I'm still wanting an undefeated TT and a one loss Texas team going into bowl games.
All I want for Christmas is not to see another Big 10 team in the NC game.
Or, failing that, to see Penn State follow OSU's lead and be butchered by any of the following: (NC or BCS bowl. I don't care)

Texas Tech
Oklahoma
Oklahoma St.
Alabama
Florida
Boise St. (this one would be especially funny)
Utah (so would this one)
USC
Enough with the BS. Play a respectable OOC schedule, Big 10. OSU gets props for at least having the balls to put teams like Texas, USC, and Oklahoma on their schedules.

I personally do not want to see TT in the championship game. I would rather ANY other big 12 team make it.
Why so much hatred toward Penn State? I love Paterno, and hope he gets a shot at the title if they go undefeated. Penn State is the only big 10 team that has a shot at beating a good team from another conference in my opinion.

stupid Penn State sitting in there at #3 ... they really need to lose, preferably not to Iowa, but maybe to whoever they play after them.... or in the Big Ten championship game ... oh wait.

Because winning all of your games doesn't necessarily make you the best team. Penn State would place 5th in the Big 12 south! Cant the voters see that?!
Also, that win over OSU isnt impressive. That is the same team that got beat by usc 35-3.
If Boise St or Utah run the table, and everyone else loses at least 1 game, any chance they can make the championship game?
Paterno is a fine guy, but we have already done the whole Big 10 team in the BCS title game experiment the last two years, and let me tell you, it wasn't pretty. Why repeat it and find out that it is still a crappy conference? Plus, how do we really know PSU is deserving? Their only win of significance is over Ohio St, and OSU got completely destroyed and embarassed by a USC team that is going to need a lot of help to get back in the title picture.
Bottom line is that the Big 12 and the SEC are far and away the toughest conferences in the nation this year and everybody knows it. I would really say any title game that doesn't match up the teams that come out on the top of those conferences will be a disappointment.
..... and holy crap I hope it doesn't take Iowa beating PSU to make that happen!
I'd love to see Penn State vs. A Big 12 team in the NC game. It would be great for Paterno to have the last laugh over all of the media that were calling for him to step down a few years ago.

If they didn't get into the NC with that resume then there would be some serious issues. I would almost bet that Everyone in the south gets at least 1 loss by the end of the year.
