I live a few miles from where Purdy went to high school. When out wearing my ISU gear before the season, I had a few different encounters with people who would ask me if I knew how good of a player we were getting with this Brock kid. One guy in particular in Home Depot spent 10+ minutes talking to me and asking questions.

I really hope you are correct. I am already planning a trip to Phoenix over the holidays and I would LOVE to be able to go to a bowl game if it were happening that week.
My daughter and parents would go too!!!

I just got the time off approved today, so I hear what you’re saying. Going down to visit Dad, and a bowl game would be icing on the cake.
I caught this on the news last night. Great that he energizing a fan base down here in the valley.
The imperial map won't just be of teams ISU has beaten....if ISU keeps the success up, casual fans all over will like an up and comer from the midwest with a strong sense of community and loyalty..
