I suck at spelling names. Is that place still open? Last time I ate there might have been 20 years ago.
No it's not.
For a vast from the past, Chucks in Highland Park has spent a lot of money fixing up the building. They are trying, that's for sure.

Is there still a "Little Italy" area on the south side or has that faded away?

Rochellis (sp?) was a good place to eat. The old man who owned the place used to walk around and bark at the servers a lot. Always got a kick out of that.
The south side is still has a lot of Italians, but not concentrated in one neighborhood like the old area, just south of downtown where the cultural center is and Graziano's are located. But yeah, for blocks and blocks around the Columbus park it was all Italian for decades. Not anymore. There used be a lot of Italian business right in that area too, most have closed.

$2.95 for draws of Big Grove West Eddy IPA. They've already won my love.
Yeah, but if I remember right they are really small pours. Like 8oz or something like that. I suppose that's fine for a high ABV IPA or something like that, but if you're drinking a lager that goes down pretty quick.

It's my wife's favorite restaurant, but if I'm being honest I have always been underwhelmed by the whole experience when we go there.
Time capsule restaurant. Good food, will likely be closed next summer, torn down and replaced with a Scooters coffee shop.
