Now we get the opportunity to rest, especially Morris. Not happy to see us lose, but we are definitely playing some good basketball right now.

Sucks to lose but it was a hard contested game, they are playing well (as they can with their limitations) and they get some time to heal.

That's how I was feeling going into this. Now we're headed to the tournament where you have new sets of officials and completely different schemes from opponents.

Rest up and get ready for Sunday.

Yep, didn't see this squad winning 3 games in 3 days with this depth anyways.

Hopefully, it will turn out to be just the opposite of last season in terms of Conference Tourney vs. NCAA Tourney.

Agreed. Hopefully we can get a good matchup and maybe win 1 in the NCAA tourney.

Depending on match-ups I think this squad could maybe get 2 wins. Probably not further than that though.

Blessing in disguise. Just happy to see everybody walk off the court healthy. Monte was definitely not himself tonight.
A new season has now begun. We are 0-0. Get rested up and take that **** by the horns and advance.

Oklahoma is very good. When Buddy plays like that they won't be beat.

If our guys come out hungry, we will make a run

The only people who are upset are the people that already paid for their KC trip and needed a reason for 60 hour bender in the power and lights. The rest of us realize this loss doesn't impact their tourney seed and they could use the rest.

I don't think anybody is happy we lost. We are, however, not cutting our wrists over it. It will be nice to get rest and not get mauled by WVU. How ****** would you be if Monte or Niang went down with a season ending injury in the Big 12 tournament? Would we have liked to have won? You're damn right. But, there are positives to this loss believe it or not.
