If 1st team All-Conference is just scratching his potential, he'll have an NBA career like Georges.
That's a pretty good career IMO. Heck their 1 yr contracts are better than many posters lifetime earnings I'm pretty sure.

As of right now the nuggets have one roster spot and one two-way spot remaining. Could be tough for Curtis seeing how the roster is constructed with 4 SG's on the roster and already a combo guard on the two way.

Without knowing that roster I think he will have a tough time, but hopefully he balls out and gets a shot.

I’m not sure what their money situation looks like but if he plays remotely close to so some of the others at that position, I would think his value would be he could save them a buck by rostering him and dumping some of the more costly contracts.

Curtis EFG% and PER (when available) compared to last season of some of our other top guards. Only using the final season for a more fair comparison heading into pros.

Fred: 53.2% (although jr year led big 12 at 62.4%)
Tinsley: 45.3%
Horton: 51.4%
Sullivan: 54.9%
Blaylock: 50.6%
Stinson: 49.8%
McGee: 63.7%, 25.8
Thomas: 62.3%, 17.7
Morris: 52.3%, 24.7
Haliburton: 61.1%, 25.9
Gilbert: 53%, 16.3
Lipsey: 56.1%, 16.8
Jones: 52.6%, 21.1

Majority of these guys at least got a cup of coffee.

McGee truly was a hyper efficient bench player, it's crazy there's a debate if CuJo isn't our best guard off the bench in the past 20 years.
Don't mean to be a problem child (I am) but what are EFG & PER again?

I kind of hope it’s elsewhere. Their is a roster logjam in front of him in Denver.
Respectfully, I think Denver would be one of the best teams for Curt to land on because they don’t have a plethora of young guards they’re trying to develop. They’re also trying to compete right now and the style of play that Adelman has shifted to is very reminiscent of the ISU live-ball turnover/offensive flow focus.

While playing time will be harder to get because there are vets on the team ahead of him, that’s probably going to be true on most NBA teams - he’s undrafted after all. But, the season is long, injuries will happen (they always do with Denver) and if Curt shows he has some juice with Jokic - that’s going to be a dude that gets some reps in the playoffs.
