31 rebounds... We tied k-state here.
21 assists
7 blocks

If we can compete on the boards with teams it'll be tough to beat us. Also love the way we passed the ball tonight. Looks like we got away from that one on one crap and played as a team. I know it's only k-state but they are usually a pretty decent defensive team and are usually pretty aggressive.

ESPN shows we had 33 to their 32. Still, 17 coming from McKay, wow. That's the McKay I know & love, really enjoyed this win.

Much better effort tonight for most of the game. I haven't looked at the numbers, but I know there were times when KSU absolutely dominated us on the offensive glass, and that has been a recurring theme this season.

For me, the quick indicator for rebounding proficiency is the offensive rebounds. We lost that category again. Defensive rebounds are shifted in our favor because we make more shots. We can't brag about about defensive rebounds - those are expected when a shot is missed. Offensive rebounds are game changers like steals - they lead to extra possessions and second chance points. I suppose kenpom has some formula for rebound efficiency - but I just use ORBs.

Good point.
