Without seeing all network time slots for this I'd guess 11am.

What other games are in those slots from other conferences? This one is a ratings white flag.

I'd put my money on 11AM, with the channel regretting that they're required to air this thing.

Isn't Texas vs. OU always an 11 am start, or is it 2:30? I don't think I've ever seen this game at night.

Fox has 4 windows on Oct 14. The FSN one is specifically labeled as a Big 12 game. The others could be other conferences.
FSN - 11:00
FS1 - 11:00, 2:30, 6:30

ABC/ESPN doesn't list specific conferences ahead of time on its windows.
