WVU is a tough matchup for ISU because both ISU's offense and defense styles kind of play into WVU's strategy. When ISU switches and double teams on defense, it creates mismatches that WVU aggressively goes after to draw fouls. On offense, ISU doesn't really pressure the defense, so when the the second half rolls around, the WVU guys generally don't have any foul trouble and can crank up the physical pressure.
I'm hoping over the next couple of years as the roster is built, ISU on defense can get away from the switching and rely more on straight-up man-to-man, and on offense, can develop a more pressure-oriented attack that can generate some fouls earlier in the game to take some of the steam out of uber-aggressive defenses like Muggin' Huggins uses. The refs aren't going to change or suddenly get better, so strategy will need to counter what Huggins does.
