Need Milan and J Jeff to be elite today. Jackson needs double digit rebounds.
I don't expect to cause 29 turnovers, especially if we don't have Keshon, but we can't get abused on the glass like we did against them last week. I do appreciate how engaged and energetic Jackson has been the past couple of games.

With 16 teams in B12, no byes are needed. It is not a fair setup. Did Kansas make this happen?
Are you going to play half of the first round games in Municipal or are you going to have two days of first round games? If two days of first round games who gets a day off between games and who doesn't?

In looking at some bracketology, Palm has BYU as a 7-seed, Lunardi has them as a 5-seed. I really don't understand that, particularly since both of them have ISU as a 3-seed. I guess BYU is getting punished for their weak NC SOS? But Palm has Maryland as a 4-seed with a worse NC SOS than BYU. BYU is on an 8-game winning streak.
A 7? What a shill.

They were a 6 seed last year and have a better resume this year. Torvick has them as the 11th best team overall.

I foresee a valiant Clones effort today, but I don't think we pull this one out. BYU did not shoot well against us in Hilton and turned it over 30 times. They'll return partially to the mean and out shoot us. Hoping I'm wrong! Let's just beat them by 30 like we did to UH last year!
Maybe they also won't out rebound us by 30, because that was a pretty wild stat from that game too

Yeah I said it in the overall bball thread that I miss smaller conferences. This format nationwide waters it down.

I think it seems to have taken some of the fun out of watching the smaller conference tourneys too; it feels like there hasn't been much coverage of them.

I DO think a team playing at night and then the next morning isn't fair and that unfairness is to the lower seeds.
Who has to do that? If you have the first morning game on Tuesday and win you play the first morning game on Wed against an opponent who rested. If you win on Wed you play the first morning game on Thur against a team who rested. Same if you play the late game, you continue to play the late game.

Certainly had some extra bounce in his step yesterday. Hope he can replicate that on 0 days rest

You can hedge a Cyclone loss at +145 at FanDuel. At least if they do lose, you'll have something positive out of it.

Probably stating the obvious, but feel like there will be a whole new game plan this round focused on limiting transition points for BYU.

Hm, I was thinking Cinci or someone played late afternoon.
