Nah, we lose at some point almost every year so it isn't that. I just prefer to watch match ups with more skilled players and coaches is all. Hats off to the non-P5 teams for advancing, they have all earned their spots. I just don't find a UCLA vs. Abilene Christian game or a potential Oregon State vs. Syracuse matchup very intriguing.

Kansas' bracket is very chalky so I wouldn't mind a few upsets in that bracket for a change this year. Go Oklahoma and Oregon!

Mid-major coaches like Porter Moser aren't "skilled? Jim Boeheim (as much as I can't stand him on a personal level) isn't "skilled"?

Pure silliness.

Iowa & Garza can score well enough they won't be out of it, barring a long cold spell.

I'm sure Altman is happy to have a 10 point halftime lead to work with

Agreed...a 10 point lead in this game isn't all that daunting. Nice to have for sure if you're Oregon, but that can be erased in a minute of game time.

That concern that Oregon might be rusty is gone, and having that first game buy is solidly in the advantage column now for Oregon with the pace of this game.

Gonna hear the Covid excuse for decades rather than the fact that Fran's starter son just had a 0 points, 0 assists, 1 rebound, 1 TO, 1 foul half.

Especially if Oregon gets stupid and tries to slow it down rather than keep playing what got them a 56 point half.

JFC, that stupid Hawkeye Elvis is at the game?
What an attention seeking clown.

Careful guys, speaking ill of Hawkeye Elvis will get the resident Hawk trolls all riled up. Evidently he's a great guy and it's considered blasphemy to say anything negative about a grown man dressing up like Elvis and going to basketball games.

I love him as a college player but I've actually trended away from him as a next level player as he has developed and seems to not take the next step in physicality.

Compare him to Nader and how physical and aggressive Nader can be attacking the rim, that's the roll he'd be looking for.
He’s super sluggish on the pick and roll. Not an NBA rim defender. Not a high level passer.

This is why Hoiberg sent his son to Michigan St. Let not playing him be Izzo’s problem.

If I'm Iowa, I'm nervous. Your stud dropped 22 points in the first half and you're still down 10. They have the firepower to catch up in a hurry, but certainly not a great feeling right now.

Nice 1st Half. Hopefully Oregon can still shoot well in the 2nd Half. Have my doubts on that though.
Yeah that clip isn't going to continue. Although Iowa shot 52% so it's not like they were horrible. But as is always the kicker with them, it's their 3-point shooting, which was not good 1st Half. Have to think they will be hitting them this half.

Connor clanked that one 3 point attempt badly. I don't understand how you can be a coach's son, have all of the resources you do, and be that poor of a shooter.

You can be that poor of a shooter when you are arrogant. Connor thinks he is god's gift to basketball.

(Now watch him hit the game winner!)
