Fremont Street/Downtown

Coming soon! Lots to discuss.

But in general I would avoid downtown during the weekend of the game due to the Life is Beautiful Festival

Seems like parts of Fremont wont be blocked off. Is there still some places worth checking out even with the festival going on?

A couple tidbits from my trip this past summer. Piff the Magic Dragon show is worth it. Terry Fator ventriloquist is fantastic.

MGM gives an instant upgrade to Pearl if you're a veteran. Free parking, meal and drink discounts, head of the line restaurant privileges, room discounts.

They are not blocked off to get in but they are for cars to keep the pedestrian traffic moving. So you'll likely get dropped off a block or so away and expect lots of traffic.

Fremont Street experience is just a thing to see and be in the crowd for. There will be live music on the weekends and I expect it to be pretty shoulder to shoulder under the giant screen. Casino wise I like 4 Queens or Golden Nugget. You can check out the new Circa and their largest sportsbook in the world too.

No it doesn't. There is a specific exemption for 100% vaccinated crowds.
UNLV released a statement explicitly stating they will be operating differently from the Raiders and they will require masks for everyone and will not be checking vaccine cards.

That said, I've heard they aren't doing much to enforce it once you're inside.
