Again, being a realist. Kansas State has to revert back to the losses with Oklahoma State and Texas which prevented them making the Big 12 title game. With Oklahoma State defeating BYU in a wild one let some wind out of their sails? Probably. But you definitely couldn’t tell that KSU’s Will Howard wanted this win more than anyone on that last drive. I’m curious what bowl we get.

I think he realizes ISU will get a better bowl, like a couple years ago when we did despite having a worse record than the purple puddy-tats

You saw what I saw. There were running plays he drew up and slants that were extremely surprising. I thought I was watching some of the garbage Nebraska’s Matt Rhule was drawing up against Iowa (which I must say—was completely horrendous).

The announcers rightfully gave Hansen props for blitz pickup on the TD pass to Higgins. They brought a LB and Hansen stepped up and just crushed him. It was a very physical block.
