Wait people are mad after a road win? The 5th road win this year. A win at a place that hasn't been kind to ISU. If you cannot be happy with being in 2nd place in the conference at this point in the season, not much can make you happy.

I make one little comment on making free throws and a couple people act like I just called their mom's fat and ugly. And we actually didn't shoot free throws that bad as a team...

I hope you guys don't read game threads after a loss. I bet some would have massive nervous breakdowns. Kind of like jsb when Hoiberg left.

My theory is that the "yearly whooping boy" crowd couldn't settle on a player to bash this year and instead focused on Prohm himself. They wanted it to be Burton but he had several mind blowing games that made it difficult. When the coach is the designated whooping boy you just end up being a grouch even if you win and the ball not being in Thomas's hand at the end is like candy to them.

I want us to go as far as we can in the tourney, I'm guessing we all do, right? So I'd like to see us clean up the end of these games if possible. That's it. I want to see us play like I know we're capable of, that's all.

I noticed a lot of people saying that the team played crappy down the stretch. I wouldnt say that at all. What are they saposed to do when getting hacked on offence and can't even breath on anybody without a foul on defence? Now we need to make more free throws but overall a good solid win.

We played amazingly well in the second half to hold off an 8 man blitzkrieg.

TT looked bad on that last play because we played great defense. Jackson stopped the driver cold at the three point line, and when he passed it, everyone had tight coverage. Just really, really good defense.

College basketball is just a messy game, there's rarely a clean game at the end if it's close even if we're talking about top 10 teams.
