I have a weird feeling about this game. Like either we are going to get crushed in an epic way, or we are gonna blow up the playoff system.

Had similar feeling this morning. More realistic is a "mild" beatdown to the tune of 56-6.

If we win, would the Big 12 kick us out right after the game? After destroying OSU's chances, and then ruining the Big12's chances at possibly getting two in, you would have to think they would be pretty ******. At the very least, we would never get a call to go our way ever again.

The Big 12 has no reason to worry. They have their army of @big12refs on the off chance we make it interesting.

I think ol' bowlheadsby would like it if we could save his ace on the whole "One true champion." thing by beating TCU today.

I put this in the Look A Like thread, but it may actually be better suited for this one. So, TCU is the chickens, Iowa State is the little boy, and the National Championship Playoff hopes are what is in the bag.

I get around
I think that TCU will basically make sure that they beat the spread plus a little cushion. They realize that laying 81 points on the sisters of the poor won't impress anyone at this point. So I'm guessing that after they have a 45 point lead that they'll take their foot off the gas and try to stay healthy for the play offs.

We don't deserve to be on the same field as TCU today. however, if history has taught us anything, it's that college football does NOT want low tv ratings or low $$$$$$ in their title game picture. The NCAA and ESPN absolutely do not want TCU and Baylor in the playoff. These two entities have a lot of money on the line. Maybe we will see a visit from the men in hats to help us out. Go Cyclones.
