Alright, everyone! The time is almost here and I'd like to see what everyone's predictions are for this game. I feel that the two threats from the OSU team are the long pass and the run. Really feel that if we can do okay on one-on-one coverage on their wide receivers, we might have enough up front to contain the run.

Here is my prediction:

Head: 41-34 OSU
Heart: 34-28 ISU
Crotch (the homer prediction): 38-21 ISU

Cowboys, 31-24. OSU doesn't run the ball that incredibly well which helps our defense. As for their pass offense, Garman throws a great deep ball, but we play 7 to 10 yards off the line with our CB's. I don't see them getting behind us more than a few times. Look, if Texas Tech can stay within 10 points of these guys, so can we. My head says we still lose this game, but a win is possible if we win the turnover battle.

I admit I'm slightly homerish with my predictions, but I don't really see how people can predict we lose to them by more than we lost to Baylor. Yes Baylor was @ JTS & this is away, but our home field advantage hasn't been all that much of an advantage if you haven't noticed.

After watching OSU against Tech, I saw nothing that makes me think they're better than Baylor.

31-27 OSU, not as impossible for our guys to get the W as some think.

I feel like this will be similar game to the TCU game two years ago. I think our offense will do decent but will get supplemented by a special teams or defensive score. Win or lose, it will be decided by a touchdown or less. However, I think we get this one. And before anyone calls me a homer, the Baylor game went exactly like I expected.

Sort of feels like the Tech game from last year... a game where we're somehow in it until the end, but you never really believe that we have a shot to pull it out.

I'll say 38-28 Pistol Pete.

ISU pulls off first real upset of the season, knocks off #21 OSU by a field goal in OT.

(Remember, you read it here first...)
