I thought the Cyclones did that a fair number of times too. Gota bunch of shots swatted, but that's ok.
I think Moser is a decent coach. He doubt he does any worse in the SEC than in the Big 12.

They might have more success stepping down.

I'm very happy to see Watson have a big game. Huge to have him playing with confidence towards the end of a season. His athleticism is a great weapon off the bench. Lineups with him and Ward can cause absolute havoc for any team in the country.
He's so good at defense and rebounding that if you add just a little offense to that, he will be hard to keep off the floor.

Not to be a downer after a solid win, but they’ve for to figure out a way to get Tamin right. I know he’s hurt but he’s in a serious lull
People will disagree, but the way is to finish out the regular season and then sit him in KC for the Big 12 Tournament. Now this also is only if rest would help. If any injury is nagging but won’t fully heal until the offseason and he can’t do anymore damage, then let him play.

Feels like they're bringing help against Tamin when he drives and I'm guessing he isn't 100%. He's laboring through it, I think he will find his feet eventually.

He still played great D. He's never been a great offensive player.

I think you can tell OU has talent but not depth. Our issues in the first half wer because they have some dudes who were locked in on defense. But, foul trouble and fatigue means they can’t keep it up, while we have 9 guys that all play with intensity.

Our first ncaa game is almost guaranteed less physical than typical big 12. Second who knows, could be. Third never is. There’s a lot of time in there.

I meant games have gotten uncomfortably close after being up a fair amount. I’m glad we haven’t lost them.
I get you. It has gotten a lot better lately, though. It went from 17 and 19 point leads getting to 4 to 12 point leads getting to 7 before we open it up again.

I was kind of expecting Omaha to get put in there with BRE and King having big foul problems. Watson and Ward more than held their own as subs. The bench scored TWICE as many baskets as the starters tonight.

I always gravitate to versatile guys like Watson in the 6’7” range that have enough athleticism to guard just about anyone and kind of a Swiss Army knife of skills on offense too.
