Defense appears to be our calling card. Love it. Haven’t seen a focus like this since Floyd coached here.
I think we can beat Xavier. Memphis and Virginia Tech not so much.

I said, in some thread, preseason, there might not be many wins this season, but predicted it'll be MUCH more enjoyable to watch. So far, that's true.
I was talking bubble before the season started....stopped when Hinson and Foster left....and I'm thinking maybe again. If they don't......so what. It's not like it's TJ's 5th year with no trips.
This is the culmination hire of all our past coaches. We can finally end our love affair with Fred and realize he was a bit smoke and mirrors once Kane and Ejim left. TJ has the fire of Tom Izzo and the heart of Paul Rhoads.

Home from the game. This group deserves some solid fan support this season. I love this group of guys. The hustle their ***** off and can play some mean defense that like others have said hasn't been played at ISU in a long time.
Key play without a doubt up 8 and OSU is looking at a dunk to make it 6. Jones with an outstanding block leading to an and 1 for us on the other end to push it to 11. A critical 5 point swing.

Folks these players are gritty and tough, they have earned my respect, reminds me a bit of Kane and Ejim, just the no nonsense attitudes.
Ironically, it’s the people on here that tell people to lower their expectations that are the angriest when the team loses.
