Parks set that defense up, and Lanning finished them. I know Lanning's running numbers are gawdy, but Parks was the one who broke that defense in my opinion. Great future and good to see the situational quarterback system working out. What is great about running Lanning 90% of the time is he can still chuck it to a wide open receiver downfield every once in a while for a big gain.

I have been in Austin the last Two months. I have been paying attention to UT for the last couple. Charlie is on thin ice. Performances certanly matter, it also seems as though despite the fact that this is 2016 some don't like the diversity charlie brings to the table.

Diversity isn't near as important as winning at Tx. The meltdown on Shaggy Tx is crazy. Whenever they lose, a bunch of them talk about leaving the conference, bunch of entitled SOB's on that board. Not a KU fan at all but always happy when the high and mighty Tx. fans take a loss.

Anyone know why Maholms went straight to the locker room on the second drive of the game?

The way he was holding his arm when he walked by me it looked like his left (non-throwing) shoulder. I assume they took him back to the locker room looked at it and gave him the big needle to numb it.

Weren't those back shoulder throws beautiful? I also love how Park stepped up into the pocket against the blitz and made that throw against the wind to Butler. @Gunnerclone was right.

Fun day! I certainly didn't see that thing coming. I haven't probably been as high on Campbell as a lot of people, but I thought the game plan against Baylor and today were two of the best I've seen.

I know a lot of people were impressed with the defense. And it was amazing. But, to me, the offense was the star of the day. I know TT has garbage defense. But we've played garbage defense before and we haven't scored 66 points. Either way, everyone played and coached really great games today. It was fun to see.

Anyone know if KU rushed the field or do they save that for us?

My kids have been eating since the game ended, they claim they are starving from shivvering.

I'm not sure, but I can't imagine there were more than a few thousand there. It was cold in Kansas today too and I'm sure they didn't expect to win.

I'll also add that it was obviously cold today, but I'd take today's weather over the god awful heat against San Jose State and Kansas State.

It looked like about 40 people were helping tear down the goal posts so I assume yes.

The other 20 probably stayed in the stands to soak in the scene.
