Where is work? Duff avenue or Sioux City? Kinda makes a difference.

Lots of free parking on campus. I’d recommend finding a lot that’s on the Cy Ride route.

I would check out the towers lots. Honestly, we had some UNI friends show up around 1 and they parked about 4-5 blocks from Hilton.

I’ll say we used this for every game 2 years ago. It was actually really convenient.

TBH I've never parked there before, but I'd assume its free game given these are almost all M-F offices. Maybe others can vouch for the other's if they've parked here before. Lots of different offices - the closer north to the hwy the closer to the stadium.

I think the research park is your best bet. I’ve parked by the towers/Hansen Ag Center before, but never as late in relation to game time as you are saying.
