ISU will ONLY play Sweet Caroline if ISU is winning or tied at the end of the 3rd quarter. The end of the 3rd is the ONLY time the song can be played. JP made that clear last August.

Well, that was last season. Why can't it be changed this season?

And for the record, I'd like to see it changed so that it's not played at all. Put me in the camp of those who think it's stupid. It might make sense if we were in North or South Carolina or something...maybe.

It makes absolutely no sense to me. What does that song have to do with football at all??

Why do we want to play a mellow Neal Diamond song where your're supposed to be playing hard, hitting hard, and getting the fans charged up?

Get used to it. Every time ISU has the lead or is tied at the end of 3rd quarter, they are going to play it.

As a student, it is awesome.

as long as they don't play it when we are getting our ***** handed to us I am fine with it. This has been done in the past so hopefully they have changed their ways.
