Hard to understand how after the "tough to take" loss to Gonzaga (per Prohm) it is even possible for the EXACT sloppy ending to not only the OT of this game but regulation as well. The obvious direction to the team in all of these situations is Monte to the basket, if it's not there, dish it out. Clearly bad decisions are being made by Morris (and others) but who is coaching in these final seconds?

has cost us two games. Run the offense or chuck up contested shots? Need to make better decisions last few minute of games. Sorry im stating the obvious.

Gonna happen when you play to a system and not to player strengths. Monte is not a scorer, so don't make him play one on one and score. Shooting off a screen going left is not an easy shot for a right handed player, so don't have your right handed players shoot it. I'm not a big fan of the pick and roll offense, but that's just me. Improved defense, but you cannot grind it out with a team who is owning you on the boards.

What offensive game plan is that. All I see is basically the same offensive concepts as Fred had without any Niang, Clyburn or Royce White. Just a very average shooting team with no individual that can consistently win one-on-one matchups and without a true post presence.
