QB recruits

Does anyone know if we have any interest in the Solsma kid from SC Bishop Heelan? I watched him run the spread in a game on tv the other night, and he looked very good. Not to mention Pat Grace , the OC for Heelan (former UNI QB ) play calling. I know it was just a High school game but it was very impressive.

Solsma is heading to Michigan to play baseball...that is all I know.

He doesn't have any major recruiting profiles from what I can find, which in itself is not a reason to not offer him, but my guess is the coaches simply don't think he's a legit QB at this level. Not to mention we already have Starcevich to fill the role of stud walk-on QB.

Early in the season he was getting looks from UNI and North Dakota State. I think he could be a Drew Brees-type player. About 6-1...the most accurate HS QB I've ever seen. He's thrown for over 3,000 yards two years in a row while often playing just half the game because of blowouts.
