is he under any kind of probation for his first issue here? If so, this may be more serious than I originally thought. Sorry if this has been discussed already.

Unfortunately for Jordan he is really going to have to jump through some serious hoops...A quick check on IA courts online shows that Jordan entered a guilty plea only 9 days ago from his OWI charge. Judges tend to really hate seeing a defendant back in court so soon. This is probably why Jordan is still in Story Co. and not out on his own O.R.:sad:

I am not sure what his situation is because some people are different, but more than likely he is on a self supervised probation. So anything he gets in trouble for will be worse for him cause he isn't supposed to get in anymore trouble.
What I don't understand is why he just doesn't post bail. I may be wrong here but I think he only has to pay 10% of that $300.
