I'm not sure if it has happened this way, but tonight we started off both halves quickly. Thompson started both halves and didn't play near the end of them. Maybe he would give us mroe mental and physical toughness.

Sorry but if AT is suppose to be our "mental and physical toughness" we are super doper screwed.

I have said before we need a big that has a mean streak and we don't have it. We haven't recruited it and it can't be taught. I still have yet to see where we are going to get the tough rebounds from this year (or next or the next).

Everyone buckle in because it is going to be a long season and a very, VERY short post-season...

I have to agree with the first post. Alex does a nice job hustling for loose balls, knocking rebounds out to other guys and playing good defense. I would rather he didn't ever shoot from outside of 5 feet but he does a lot of little things well. If this team is going to get any better every guy on the team needs to figure out their role. For the most part Alex understands his role as well as his limitations.

As far as the Seniors go Peterson has a pretty good understanding of what he can and can't do. Haluska needs to realize this team has more shooters than last season and start to concentrate on defense. I never feel confident when he puts up a 3.
