LOL, my thoughts exactly. I don't know why they'd assume he'd go there especially with a new coach who doesn't have much going for him yet.
One of their posters is ****** because Vaughan didn't even mention Minnesota in his tweet. One guy called his recruitment slimy. I don't find anything about his recruitment slimy. Is there that "weird" thing with his prep school? Sure, but no college/university recruiting him is involved in getting him lodging or anything.
I grew up in Minnesota and actually as a Gopher fan, but these people on the board make me ashamed to say I'm from Minnesota. They are ******* sore losers who can't admit that their program isn't as good as they think it is.

I will say though, I would have much rather had Minnesota in his top 5 instead of Kentucky. Sucks they can come in so late and make the top 5.

There will be some, though I think most GH has come to the realization he wasn't going to go to the U of M. RV announcing a couple hours prior to their bowl game should also help keep it minimal at least today.
Actually, he may have planned it this way to deflect the impulsive anger of Minny fans.

Can someone bring me up to speed on the status of Vaughn's recruitment? I follow recruiting from a distance and I don't want to wade through 5000 posts. I was once under the impression it was basically ISU vs. UNLV for his services. Have Kentucky, NC, and Kansas been in the mix all along, or did he blow up and suddenly they're hot on his trail?

I wonder in Minny getting cut had anything to do with recent articles and other crappy feedback from Minn people.
I would have really expected him to keep them in until the end as a nice gesture.
