I don't know how anyone could not want him to go out without winning the Superbowl in his final year. There have been so many great stories this year with the Colts and Adrian Peterson, but I just hope the Ravens pull it out this year for one of the best players of all time at his position.

The only way I don't want to see him go out a champ is if he's up against the Falcons.

Thinking Watt will replace Lewis as my favorite player, unless Klein and/or Knott prove worthy. I love LJ, but I can't have someone from the secondary as my favorite player - they have to play the front 7.

He killed two people and pinned it on his posse for a plea deal. I feel so sorry for the families of the dead when the talking heads are slobbering over what a saint he is.

I have always thought Ray was just putting on a show when he is praising god, jesus, etc. I think behind the scenes he is laughing at how everyone just eats it up and praises him even though he got away with murdering 2 people. Is he the greatest linebacker to ever play? I think so, but that does not change what he did in Atlanta 13 years ago.

You can't honestly look at the evidence and say Ray did not maliciously kill 2 people. Coach with cancer who's team kept winning for him > guy who comes back off of ACL tear and comes 9 yards short of rushing record > best LB of all time coming back to win/lose the ____ even though he killed 2 people.

Maybe someone that wants Tony Gonzalez to go out on top more, also he picked up his first ever playoff victory tonight.

Didn't Ray say that if the NFL went on strike that the misunderstood utes would go out and go rioting and kill people. Hahaha. Ray has a good smile. He is charasmatic. He used to be one hell of a football player. He is still a good marketer and player. He is entertaining and fun to watch.
I run across about 50 or 60 people a day who are more humbly heroic and more noble though.
**** this cult of celebrity and jock sniffing.

No way Ray retires, he has a couple Favre-style comebacks tee'd up. He is way too in love with himself to stop playing now.

He's a great player and thats the only reason he was allowed to return to football. People idolizing him and making him into a feel good story blows my mind. This isn't like Vick with the dogs.."a great story of redemption..everyone needs a 2nd chance sometimes". Call me crazy.. I'm not a big believer in 2nd chances for murderers.
