I mean this with all due respect to everybody involved, but the PAC schools are acting like it's 1985. Honestly the reaction of the remaining schools make me think it probably wasn't just money that got USC and UCLA out of the conference, and I completely get any other school who has been pining to leave. This stuff is just absurd.

“There definitely was the belief that people here got used to accommodating those schools in a way that was unhealthy for the rest of us, and definitely more than they should have been given their showing lately. We can sort of reverse course now and make it more equitable for all of us,” Anderson claimed.

Technically, he’s right. $20 million apiece would still be “equitable for all of us.”

They are also elitists. Being a conference with the West teams, the poors from Michigan, and backwater hillbillies of the eastern seaboard is just not an option for them. Then don’t even get me started on the potential memes of Pedo St and the pre-eminent Catholic school in the country. They have it SO GOOD AND ALL THE WAYS RIGHT NOW.
I love the elitism about culture coming from ND. It’s almost like they don’t realize they are in South Bend. What a trash city. The only thing that makes SB look not so bad is that you may have gone through Gary on the way to get there.

South Bend is like the really ugly girl with one attractive feature that hangs around an even uglier girl to look good by comparison.

Uh, there was a rampant culture of sexual assault that got uncovered at Baylor and the only thing that happened was the coach got fired.

For that 2018 game, there were multiple incidents of them going after DM and don't forget the guy holding down Butler, etc.

It appeared planned/purposeful and their doosh coach didn't call them off.

Aranda seems like a good dude so there's that but he'll need to be there a while to rid them of the stench.
Don't forget the classy Kim Mulkey. Chip and Joanna, (I actually really like them.) The tent thing put me over the edge. They put our team in health danger. On top of all the other things mentioned. I do really like Scott Drew.

So basically ND a 3 but has a giant set of cans?

The Denver Post just released an editorial for the Buff's to B12.

Not to go full conspiracy but often before a controversial public move the AD would want to get the reasoning out prior to making the announcement.

It's the one of all those shows that my wife watches that I can tolerate. He makes all those jokes about food and subtle innuendos and she ignores them or rolls her eyes. It's almost like they are real people. They have a very similar marriage relationship to my wife and I and most of our neighbors.

Yeah, I don't get the hate for Baylor. I think the hate started or ramped up after the David Montgomery fight with the Baylor player. Just one guy too.

Not 100% sure but Baylor and ISU were the only ones in the conference to state that they weren't waving their right to sue A&M when they left the conference. Texas and OU were waiving their rights and Tech and Ok St clammed up. Basically, it was Baylor and ISU at the forefront to fight legally for the Big 12.

Over 50 sexual assaults ignored. 5 of which were defined as gang rape, 3 of those instances involved 10 or more Baylor football players. Who would root the program that covered that up? That makes excuses to this day?

I like this part. It will be more equitable in the same way the Mountain West is more equitable...

What the old coaching staff did at Baylor was horrible and they’re not there now. Scott Drew seems like an okay dude as does the new football coach. So I’ve moved on from the stench, but that will forever hang over their head like Penn State. Learn from it fix it and move on.

I don't like Baylor as a school, but I do like Scott Drew and Dave Aranda as coaches. Scott Drew coming into the ISU locker room after we beat UNC saying "How 'Bout them Cyclones!" and Dave Aranda kicking that field goal against OU (Lincoln Riley flipped out about) while showing almost no emotion.

I don't trust Rapelor to fix it. What happened at BU is too egregious. They really should have been kicked out of the conference for a lack of institutional control. It would be one thing if it were a state funded university with transparency but it's not...it's a private religious school with a good ole boy alumni in the most good ole boy state in America. I would genuinely fear for the safety of any young woman that chose to attend school there.

Drew and Aranda are SOOO much better than BU. Aranda will be gone soon...why Drew is still there is a mystery to me.

It took Drew quite some time to really get established (for obvious reasons with that whole 'murder' thing that pre-empted his time) so maybe it's tough to leave such a good fit now, not to mention how unstable college basketball is.
