This is what I'm wondering, Texas has to be curious. Why wouldn't TX and OU approach B1G at this point? It would be more money. Or why wouldn't B1G go after them? That would be the ultimate move to show B1G is clearly #1.

With USC/UCLA in the Big Ten, the SEC has no shot at Oregon/Washington if that is who is getting adding. I don’t think the money will add up for the SEC to nab ASU & Utah, they need Clemson/FSU to move the needleI think everyone is forgetting that the SEC will want to counter. This isn't done. If a late window can help the SEC, then look for them to absorb some teams in the West. Oregon, Washington, Utah, ASU?
"Still plenty of windows left for our games too."
Help me with this one, what windows are left that will deliver value to our contract?

Same ones we've always had. How many big 12 games have been broadcast ota weekly the last decade? Two? Maybe 3? None were on cbs or nbc, fox chose the big ten as their big game, abc was the same. Big 12 was always scheduled around the b1g and sec."Still plenty of windows left for our games too."

There were 21 last year in 13 weeks, not counting the CCG or non-controlled (road) games.

Hummm.....
Neither Amazon nor Apple made it to the dance floor. Peacock is the only party with an exclusive-streaming package. This surprised some industry insiders who expected Amazon and Apple to be bigger players. Maybe this bodes well for the Pac-12? Or maybe it’s just too soon for the streamers to be factors. We’ll soon know
Why weren't Amazon and Apple "bigger players"? They didn't have the cash? Or has the Big Ten determined that streaming isn't all it's being made out to be? What the Big Ten did did do was made sure they got themselves plenty of OTA exposure...
I know nothing is impossible with this realignment stuff but I would be genuinely shocked if any PAC schools went to the SEC. The West Coast and Deep South might as well be on two different planets.I think everyone is forgetting that the SEC will want to counter. This isn't done. Can you enlighten me on why the shoulder programming would improve their returns? They get better margin on the shoulder programming than the main programming? I don't get it.You really think FOX and CBS will be content with only one college football game a week? They’re gonna want all the shoulder programming they can get in order to lock down a return on their massive investments.

I think Amazon and Apple are looking for bargains until they better learn the business. Why weren't Amazon and Apple "bigger players"? They didn't have the cash? I think the concern is, how many of the B12 OTA games involved OUUT? Now those will be SEC games, plus USC/UCLA will now get a lift versus B10 opponents in B10/PAC time slots. maybe there won’t be an impact, but the SEC and B10 now have more, better inventory to compete with.Same ones we've always had.
