According to the stats I saw Montgomery and Bundrage only caught one ball each against Iowa. Lazard caught 7, but they all need to be used. I could not tell from the TV, but were they not open or did Iowa's defense double them alot. From just about everything I have read, our most talented group is the receivers. They are only an advantage if we fully use them. Also, are we not going to use the tight end in the passing game this year. The tight end is a great weapon, especially on third down. I do not remember any throws to a tight end in the Iowa game.

Quick outs and back shoulders to Lazard ALL 2nd half. ...while he was singled up on his own side of the field.

How bout mixing things up a bit in terms of formations and where guys are at? If you have to throw to Lazard 10 times a game, why not put him occasionally on the side of trips and see what the defense does with him in traffic, or see how Bundrage does in single coverage.

Just seemed like Sam was always looking first to Lazard. Not sure he ever targeted anyone in the slot except the play over the middle for the touchdown.

I barely saw Richardson even look anywhere but Lazard.
