Yeah, outside of maybe 5 or 6 guys, I don't think I would be too upset with anyone leaving. Everyone needs to remember how bad we've been lately. Hardly anyone isn't replaceable. I know that sounds bad, but it's the cold hard truth.

Off the top of my head, I wouldn't want to lose Lazard, Warren, Cotton-Moya, maybe Lanning.... not sure who else? I'm sure there are a few others, but I'd have to think about it.

IMO losing Campos, Tucker, Peavy, Tribune, Jordan Harris, and Wesley would sting. They all have Big 12 starting experience at least.

Agree with you on Campos, Tucker, and Peavy. Possibly Wesley if he can keep his head on straight. Tribune and Harris would be losses, but could possibly be replaced IMO.

While Tribune had a pretty bad year last season, there is no one on the roster that could currently replace Harris. We would be very lousy in the middle without him in 2016.

Now the Forbes commit makes more sense. Castillo was higher priority. So I think we are done with OL and now focused on DL, a TE, a WR and a RB. I'm pretty sure will will get David Montgomery at RB and either Ballard or Tariq Young at WR. Chase Allen is top priority at TE with Pro Wells as the fall back guy and the Bailey brothers are the top DL prospects. Not sure if we have enough scholarships to sign that many though. And then there is the "top secret" JUCO QB that nobody knows about.

Speaking of the offensive line are we out of the running on Dylan Powell? If we hypothetically had 4 spots still available my dream 4 would be: Powell, Allen, Cochran and Montgomery. More realistically I would go Montgomery(I think he will be the steal of this class), Odeogu, Wells and Ballard if he has the grades.

Are you including tyler catalina? As far as we know he's still a Cyclone, right?

As far as I know he is still a Clone but getting offers. To my knowledge he was walking on at ISU and not offered a scholarship.

As far as Powell, I don't think we land him. I think we are done with the OL unless we can somehow snag Alaric Jackson. We have plenty of OL commits and Soehner could end up being an OT later on.

The focus now is d-line and also wanting a RB (Killins top target followed by Montgomery), WR (Ballard or Young) and a TE (Allen or Wells).

The staff knows exactly what they want and will land their #2 target at each spot if they can't land the #1. I think this is why Cochran postponed his decision, because the staff wants to see what happens with the Bailey Bros first.

There's no way Catalina ends up a Cyclone if he's walking on. He's getting scholarship offers from Florida and Oregon

I was thinking the same. Not sure if we offer one or what will happen, but he would be in the mix to start at RT or could be a valuable backup at either tackle spot. I hope we can hold on to this kid. Seems like he loves the coaching staff.

Forbes was irrelevant to Castillo. Took the Forbes commit when things were still looking very good for him.

They will take Jackson (agree unlikely) or Powell if the opportunity is there. Powell may be a better shot than we think as Stanford seems to be in a take one situation with he and another kid. Oddly enough, our best hope for Jackson is Farniok going Iowa, IMO. Jackson would still have great choices of course, but I think Iowa is tops.

Either way, it seems like they have legitimate candidates as "backups" if they don't get top guys. Pro Wells has been thought of as a backup option to Allen, and he was given a 4 star rating by 247 today.
