Why is it that we cannot get the ball in the end zone? Is our play calling so conservative that we are unwilling to take any risks?

The tight ends were huge in the red zone the past few years, we don’t have that element this year and manning is struggling to find a new formula.

No Breece Hall. Purdy was actually a very agile runner and weapon around the goal line. Dekkers hasn't shown that ability to scramble at all. And no Charlie Kolar. That's a big trio to replace right there.

Charlie and Breece were closers inside the 20.

We need to find out who can become money in the red zone. More carries to Jirehl Brock, or when healthy more to Cartevious Norton? More fades to Sean Shaw or Hanika possibly. Need to find more consistency in general.

Shaw is 6’6” and never see him in there very much in the red zone plays!

Given the body of work we've seen from Shaw, I don't think he's a jump-ball type guy. At the same time, we've never tried it, so who knows.
