Residential Structural Engineer Recommendations

I'm in the process of finishing my basement and would like to move a lally/steel column 30-40 inches closer to the foundation wall. Keeping it under the current beam of course.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a residential structural engineer in the Des Moines area who could determine whether or not this is a possibility?

My wife and I looked at a house for sale that might have some foundation issues that I would like a structural engineer to look at. Could anyone recommend a structural engineer in the Des Moines area that does residential work?
