We didn't hit a fg for the first 5 minutes of the first half and only one FG in seven minutes, that is where the game was lost. It has been a problem that has plagued TJs program every year. We won't make a final 4 because a big scoring drought in a tournament game more often than not is a loss. Don't get me wrong, LOVE TJs program, it's awesome, but that is the one thing I wish he could get fixed.

Edit. 5 minutes of the second half, not first half like mentioned above

Auburn came out of half with heightened intensity and sped up the Cyclones. Felt we got some solid shots early in 2nd half but they weren't falling. Early in the first half we had a lot of success going to Jackson & Jefferson. But we seemed to go away from that in the 2nd half, I am not smart enough to know if that was because of Auburn coaching changes.

Disappointed in loss, but that was a great game for November. High level effort by both teams. In the 2nd half felt Auburn was quicker to the ball in the paint area- rebounds, loose balls and very active hands.

Are you sure we didn‘t score more field goals to begin the first half?

His 3 pointer barely got to the rim as well, he was either gassed or is plagued by something we’re unaware of.
If Tamin is dealing with an injury, I'd rather they rest him until he's 100% good to go. Its a long season.

Honestly, I think the game was lost from Gilbert making dumb fouls and Jefferson trying to dribble up top turning it over.

We looked a lot better for some reason in 1st half with Gilbert sitting.

Tamin is the key to this years team. Either he gets healthy and knocks down shots or we have a similar defense played against us his freshman year. Which killed our offense that year
