The guy next to me during the second half last week literally has his bust during the middle a commercial break. The metal snapped at it was loud as sh*t. He was a heavy set fella and he laughed it off picking up a piece that fell to the ground. It was quite comical.

I know at one time they had a customer service booth on the concourse. If still there I would check with them and maybe they can replace it for you. Might want to do that a decent amount of time before kickoff though.

Otherwise I would call the Ticket Office Monday.
