Does anyone else have the same problem as I? Every so often, I'll be reading posts with no problem, and then when I click on another thread....all the sudden it forces me to log in AGAIN! Then I will read on and all of the sudden...forced to sign on AGAIN! It's annoying as hell.

Sorry, just needed to gripe.

I don't have problems with re-logging on... just threads that are posted as new... will be marked as read without me even reading them a few minutes after coming to the site. It used to be that they would remain unread after I read them... now it's the reverse.

What browser do you use? It's most likely a cookie problem on your browser where you set them to expire prematurely? Let me know what browser you use and how often it seems to happen.

I've been having this problem the last couple days. Normally, it's just a nuisance, but sometimes I've lost messages I was in the middle of posting. I'm using IE6 and haven't made any changes to the cookie settings.

I just tried something so report back on if it changes any of the login issues.

Whatever change you made broke the function that when I read a thread that has a new post on it, the thread is no longer bolded.

I just clicked a thread a few times...stays bold in the main listing.

were you a comp sci major? or did you just learn programming somewhere else... anyway... just thought I'd say thanks from all of us for slaving away just to please a bunch of people you've never met who want their Cyclone Sports Fix

Edit: Seems to be working well for me as of right now. Thanks Jeremy!

Just checking to see if anybody has had any problems since around supper time on Friday night? I think I have some possible issues resolved but let me know either way.

Thanks!!

I have just always known what to do when I sit down to a problem on computers, it's just always been natural for some reason. I've never taken a programming class, I've just learned as I went. Sometimes that's the best way to do it though.

Hopefully all the problems with staying logged in are fixed now. I worked some magic on the database and the coding to try and allieviate a couple issues we were having with the login system in general.
