How am I overreacting? I'm just saying the chrome won't look as good as just plain cardinal, that's all. I've never said these stupid little things are life and death. Hell, this game Saturday is meaningless in the scheme of life.

I just state my opinion on something, and everyone goes off on me like I'm overreacting.... so who is REALLY overreacting..... me or the people that just go off and call me names, etc?

It looks like this is exactly what it will be.... and it will look AWFUL too.

Trust me, the cardinal chrome helmets will look pink against the cardinal jerseys and cardinal pants.... especially in the daylight.

Somebody with photoshop should be able to show how horrible this combo will look.

I can't understand why our athletic dept can't seem to get anything right? We have a poster on this site that came out with the best looking helmet you can possibly imagine (see my avatar), yet we pay someone huge money to come up with the bugle looking POS.... and now we don't know any better that the cardinal chrome will look terrible with the cardinal jerseys and pants.

I thought they did mock-ups of the uniforrms outside the coaches office? They should have a pretty good idea of how it looks. I guess I trust their judgment but all I really want is the final scoreboard to look good and I don’t think our uniform colors will impact the score.

I think we are breaking out the new Gold helmets to wear with our black jerseys, and new gold pants. Just to melt the brains of the Hoks.
I'm sure we will get a cease and desist order from them to stop wearing "THEIR" colors if we did that. LOL
I would hate wearing that combo, but it would be so worth it to watch the meltdown over there.

Well I guess they trademarked the letters ANF somehow, and tried suing WideRight for AHF, so wouldnt put it past them. They are the most threatened, scared and whiney bunch of babies around.

Loved the Liberty red chromers.
So if they do have red chrome they should be new ones because of the equipment sale?

I’m gonna have to disagree on that one. Those liberty bowl helmets with the white unis looked like Christmas tree ornaments.

Maybe have been better with cardinal pants.
