Free-agent WR Hakeem Butler (XFL) signed an undisclosed contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, May 16.

I hope he makes the team and sticks with PIT. Would make a great story coming back through the XFL.

Good spot for him, Tomlin has a solid track record of producing good receivers. Pickens and Johnson have the starting gig locked but he has a good chance to be their WR3 or WR4.

If he can play special teams at all (gunner?) he has a good shot of making the team, I don't know if he's ever done any of that or not -he's basically fighting for a spot for WR5 with Myles Boykin who is almost exclusively a ST player. Pickens/Johnson/Robinson/Austin are probably locked in this year at the top 4 spots.

Congrats Hakeem! Maybe he'll be the next Juju Smith-Schuster, for the Steelers? He's just as fast, roughly 4.5 40, but only 4 inches taller at 6-5! What's not to like?

Sure. I'm not much into sports cards or anything, but that would have been a good move. If Brock continues to shine, his card(s) will be worth a lot, I would imagine.

Brock is golden. He's just now starting to throw; football or nerfball, I don't know. I would imagine it's football per his post op protocol, at 3 months.
