My girlfriend is from China and has been in the US for less than 2 years. I've been to China before. She also cooks me authentic meals and I also eat in Flushing a bit, which is probably about the most authentically Chinese part of NYC. HyVee's Chinese food is not real Chinese food. Sorry to burst your bubble.

It might be good food, but it would be like saying burritos are authentic Mexican food.

As much as we keep talking about TJ here has anyone even asked TJ if he wants to be on Prohm's staff or even any of the current assistants too? You can't just assume TJ wants to be on the staff of the guy that just beat him out for the job he wanted. How about we let everything play out over the next couple weeks, I'm sure Prohm is going to hire solid guys. The one plus to this hire is that Prohm already has head coaching experience so he doesn't need a mentor guy like a Bobby Lutz or Doc Sadler like TJ would have needed so he has an extra spot on that bench to hire another guy that can hit the road recruiting hard because I don't believe that Lutz or Sadler were ever really that heavy into the recruiting part right?

I'd love to have a seat at your table

Yeah. Hy-Vee does their best but it is a very fast food American version of Chinese. The Taco Bell of Chinese food but still dang good.

I stand with General Hy-Vee here

My wife was born in Iowa, I've never been to China, and talking about Flushing while I'm thinking about Chinese food is gross. Now that you know my street cred I'd like to tell you that Hy-Vee makes some pretty good Chinese food.

I liked what I heard. Someone needs to tell him about Fareway though before he blows through that $1.5 million. I am embarrassed that he gets Randy right away though, I hope someone told him about him in advance.
Pete is unbelievable isn't he. I wonder if he stayed up all night working on his question. Coach's response was good.
