He's definitely not going 125 at Iowa, and I'm not sure he will be able to beat out Schriever for 133

Yeah that doesn’t make any sense. Content with riding out the bench his last 2 years I guess. I also peg Schriever as the winner of that battle
At some point maybe you put the dream aside. Go start a wrestling club in Ft Dodge and get to coaching if you still love the sport. He is surely graduated?

I wouldn’t say that but yes he’s a graduate transfer. He should’ve committed to 133 awhile back and building up into the weight. I think he’s a little big for 125 and a little small for 133. He seems to be pretty good buddies with RBY also which is interesting if he wrestles varsity.

Graduated in 2018 I believe so maybe a yr left depending on things. But evidently he has 2 yrs of eligibility left? I suppose covid gave him a extra yr?
Either way hope the kid gets a degree and has a good life. He was a heck of a HS wrestler
