Well the south end zone helmet may be on the IR this weekend as I am going in for emergency appendectomy, hopefully I'll make the game, but if not I hope the Clones take care of business!

My family will keep you in our thoughts, and hopefully the Cyclones can bring a victory for us as well.

I'm going to remember this the next time a thread pops up about what a "real fan" does/doesn't do (like leave early at a basketball, doesn't stand, etc). Some may knock your fan cred for missing this game.

All joking aside, best to you on the procedure and recovery. Cheer carefully (don't bust any stitches).

Send the helmet with Warrior and J will be your proxy. You've been training him for years....he's ready. View attachment 21832

I had an appendectomy the Monday night before the WVU game and I still made it. Granted, I didn't have to run a few days later. You can do it. Just make someone else run.

Still catching up...are we praying for the white helmets to come out this season?

NW: Kidding...here's to your quick recovery and your return to watch ISU's 3rd victory of the season on the 3rd back where you belong in JTS.

Noooooooooooooo, section CC row one needs the helmet karma. How about a wheel chair or rascal? I am keeping my fingers crossed that horn guy does not need a root canal. By the way, does anybody know why "do the wave" guy was MIA for the UNI game. I really felt that a "wave" may have helped the team midway through the 4th quarter. Heal fast helmet guy, my girls will miss seeing you at the game, you are more popular with the "Tweens" than Cy.

According to Chris Mortenson, the helmet has been upgraded to questionable this weekend. League sources report it will be a game time decision but coach Saul Rhoades fully expects the helmet to suit and see limited duty.

Watching you walk up the stairs was painful. Glad you were able to make it but those stand in runners need more practice.

Yeah, the Fanatic known as J-Diggy could have used more practice, but that would have required a few more points scored by our offense. I was proud of his effort and willingness to step in, though.
