Getting ready for Saturday, please ignore until then
Haha. I've said it before but I love how our players never whine about the calls. Hopefully this spreads to us fans eventually. But no doubt we will get jobbed down there. Was it last year they didn't call the goal-tending late in that close loss?
Overall this year, at least in ISU games, officiating has been much better. Some key errors still, but much better. But at the Phog....KU might shoot 50 free throws on Saturday

That was all on Oklahoma, not the officiating. You have to at least attempt to move your feet and not grab.Yeah I was at our game but I saw they shot 39 (!) last night. WTH?
They system the refs use isn't from TV. There are cameras mounted all over the building that feed into the DVSport system. They have access to the TV feed if they really want it but they are separate systems. Also Grill's late 3 was counted as a 2 thanks to CyTV level camera work.

This is the most confident I've been entering a road game at Kansas in a long time, don't even care about the refs.

I look for 2 or 3 of them on ISU. The Big 12 will declare it was a point of emphasis for the game due to the missed one last year and now justice has been served.Looking for a couple phantom goal tending calls in KU favor.
Thats certainly not the Shaq led Miami Heat.We shot 0 ft vs OU last year (one obvious makeup call in garbage time) and KU shot 39 vs OU last night?
Guessing the officials were not flawless in that wild swing in at least one of those games.
Unrelated but Miami Heat set record 40 for 40 ft last night.
If you're hoping for flawless officiating done by humans in a game played by 19-22 year old kids, I don't know what to tell you, you're going to be waiting a long time. I watched the majority of the 2nd half last night and I had zero issue with anything called on Oklahoma, they were lazy defensively. We shot 0 ft vs OU last year (one obvious makeup call in garbage time) and KU shot 39 vs OU last night?

Jimmy Butler set individual record in same game 23-23. He’s not Steph Curry but 84% so not entirely miraculous given the 23 chances.Thats certainly not the Shaq led Miami Heat.
