Crazy story. never understand how these people can't find a way out. My guess is they are so mentally beaten down, it's much harder than I could imagine.

This is what I said. in 10 years I like my chances of escaping. They must have had them caged up or something? What about Medical Attention? They must have not been to a doctor of anytype in 10 years I guess.

They were released fairly soon weren't they? I would assume physically they were in at least fair condition. Mentally, I'm sure not. Hopefully they are able to live some sort of normal life health wise but their life won't ever be normal. I guess I'm just hoping for the best here but with this type of situation this is best case scenario. Usually they don't end this well.

There's all sorts of reasons why that's difficult to think about.

She was 17 when she was taken.

She was there for 10 years.

Her daughter is 6.

Yeah, after presumably raping those girls for almost 10 years those guys are going to experience the joys of getting raped with inanimate objects for the balance of their miserable lives.

Please put the word 'allegedly' in there for me whereever you see fit.

The part that got me the most is that one of the girl's mom died in '06. It said the mom had spent the previous three years looking for her daughter, and her daughter probably had no idea she had passed.

These guys.... they deserve something creative to happen to them.

Generally inmates have no respect for those who commit these types of crimes and they can get very creative.

A neighbor, Israel Lugo, said he called police in 2011 after his sister spotted a woman with a baby in the home, banging on the window "like she wants to get out."

"The cops came. They pounded on that man’s door around 15, 20 times, real hard. They looked in the driveway, they got back in the squad car and left," he said on MSNBC.

Wow. Just wow. I guess knocking real hard classifies as solid police work in Cleveland...

Illegal search laws are a real *****, aren't they? This is one of the prices of having the Bill of Rights. Even the ******** have rights.

When I saw this story on GMA this morning, the guy who rescued them had a funny line. Paraphrasing, "I knew something was really wrong when this cute little white girl ran up to a big black man for help".

Glad they're "ok" now. (As ok as they can be, anyway)

such an insane story - three women for that long. It sounds like they neighbors had no idea.......can't even imagine what those women went through.
