Okay, I couldn't resist. Who is watching the Michigan State/ Louisville game? So, Mich.St at the 11:00 mark, (12min. timeout) turns it over and only has 5 points. Yes, 5 points. As the timeout begins the camera goes over to Izzo and he's screaming "what the f*** is going on out there?" Not sure he was talking to his players, refs, or both. Classic. Not that I didn't already know coaches swear or anything, it just struck me funny that the camera literally caught it all. They now trail 18-8. Why do I think they'll be leading at the end of this game, tho? Because they will, imo, that's why.

Louisville looks very sharp and very good. Mich St looks like we did last night... a little too comfortable being at home. I can't stand Izzo and his whining (see complaints on rules changes thread).

Tough decision, Louisville "Johns" vs. Izzo. Yea, go Louisville. Let Izzo freak out some more.

I was in Louisville in October and many of the gentleman's establishments had "We Support Rick Pitino" on their signs.

I enjoyed that, though wouldn't "Rick Pitino Supports Us" be more appropriate?

Same. From what I've watched of ND, they are a shell of their team. They don't have any guards that can create offense like they had with Grant. They can still shoot however, but they have trouble defending.

So, f MSU loses on their home court and fall in the polls, does Kansas fall too since they have a loss to them on a neutral court? The answer is almost undoubtedly no, but it shows the ridiculousness of the rankings. M
i do expect MSU to pull this out as usual.

Cincinnati seems to be in a battle with Butler and hold a small lead. 11 mins or so left

They miss Connaughton about as much as Grant. He played bigger than he was and could really shoot. They don't have much good size other than Auguste, so they struggle when he is in foul trouble. Colson plays bigger than he is at 6'5" and Beechum seems to play smaller at 6'8".

Yes, Connaughton was the one I couldn't remember. They resemble Wisconsin in some ways. A team of role players with no stars (right now). Demetrius Jackson isn't enough to carry them.

I really hope MSU fades this year. I fear them thugging it up versus us in the tourney.

Dang, Butler upsets Cincy. But like some have said, its not really an upset when Butler beats anyone.

TCU is a close game with SMU starting the second half. Butler just edged Cincy

Testifying
It's pretty crazy the jumps in competition they've taken, horizon to the A-10 and now the Big East, they never missed a beat.

I miss the old Big East but the new one isn't bad either. It still hasn't sunk in that Butler is in the Big East and Cincy isn't. It's like they swapped.
