I don't care about the contract between us and other teams.

I don't care about the stuff that goes on in the locker room and at practice.

I trust Pollard and his staff and all of the coaches enough to be certain that nothing illegal of immoral is going on. We pay them all good money to do their jobs.

I care about Iowa State. I want us to be successful, and will do my part to help that happen. But, I am going to cheer and do my part regardless of the outcome.

I am not a blind sheep, and don't expect anyone else to be either. We should always raise questions in order to have checks and balances. However, letting emotion drive us to judgements and conclusions does not do any good.

Have some faith, be happy, and enjoy being a Cyclone. The grass really is greener on this side of the fence.

Agree 100%. Positive rep to you. :notworthy:

It is possible to be a realist AND an optimist. I know we're not a very good football team now and I don't know how many games (if any) we will win this year. However, that doesn't make ISU's future any less bright IMO. I believe we have the right pieces of the puzzle, it's just a puzzle that takes a while to put together. As for this season, I'm going to get frustrated at times but for the most part I'll sit back and enjoy it. Hopefully I'll see our team and our rookie head coach improve and mature throughout the season.
