Now that we are just 2 days out, what is on everyone's tailgating menu for the opening week of the year?

I am in charge of lunch and going with BBQ and Buffalo Chicken on the grill, Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers, and some loaded baked tator tot dip. Still figuring out some more side dishes.

Also looking for some other ideas here so share 'em up!

Flying in from the NYC area so I am at the mercy of what my family has planned, hope its a good spread. At least with it being a night game, I will be able to get my full season's worth of tailgating in. 9:30 tee time at Veenker and then off to the lots!

Beer, Beer, and more BEER!
That's funny and all but seriously you need to think about staying hydrated all day. Make sure to drink a beer in between each beer, beer is mostly water so you'll replenish the fluids in your body and be ready for the next beer.

I'm disappointed that there has been no mention of food vendors thus far. As any resident of Iowa City would tell you, a high-quality tailgate can't be had without a plethora of high-quality food vendors.

Edit: and bars. I forgot, can't tailgate without a bangin' nightclub!

I'd actually like a few vendors outside the stadium, nor that I'd buy a meal, but it would lighten the load inside for me to grab a pop or whatever and maybe have some better options.

Beer, Vodka Lemonade, and some random snacks. Fire up the grill around 4 and throw on some burgers/brats.

Will be gearing more on the light side. Fruit, beer, fajitas, beer, jello-shots red and gold variety, beer, etc. A little game of Edward Fortyhands to start the festivities. Thinking of an everclear infused watermelon also.

Unfortuntely won't be making it back for this game, but will be tailgating at Society here in Denver for the gamewatch. Most likely having wings!
