Yes folk, it’s one thing to vent on a message board. It’s altogether inappropriate to tweet negatively to players and yes, even coaches.
Twitter needs to institute a rule where if you tweet at them, you also have to show up at practice to tell them. The only requirement is you have to look them in the eye when you do it.
This is awful. These guys work their butts off for the university and the fans.
Twitter is a cesspool. I waste enough time on here I don't need that crap.

Twitter is voluntary. Players should turn that crap off during the season anyways. Hoiberg had the same kind of problems happen too. This isn't an ISU thing it's a humanity thing.
I havent looked for Conditt, but when I checked last night after Zions tweet I hadn't seen anyone at all tweeting at him.
Fans are going to have opinions about their sports teams. If you go out looking for them after losses and dont have thick skin you should probably get off Twitter.

We'd like to believe we're better than this, but we're not.
Here is an idea just be a good person and not tweet every pissed off thought you have about someone.
They also see what’s said about their coach and teammates. Maybe people just shouldn’t be reactionary *******.
I've seen what goes on on Twitter and Facebook and the stuff posted here is nothing compared to those two.
I think a general rule on any sort of posting on social media (and that includes this site) is to ask yourself if you would want your kid/wife/husband to have to read it. If no, don't post it.
What good does posting awful things on here do? It does nothing except make the team you supposedly cheer for feel worthless. Is that what you really want to happen?

The stuff you post is as bad as much of the things on twitter and facebook and I'd bet my last dollar that you post some of the awful things on twitter and facebook anyway.
