Did not fly with team...was sick. May come on separate plane though. Nothing further.

According to the GSU fan in the other thread, he is on a separate flight and will be at the game.

Nothing about Ware really impressed me much when he was at Louisville. I don't think Kevin Ware is much to fear. RJ Hunter and Ryan Harrow are the big difference makers.

Most of this board seemed to think he'd be a bench player over the summer but their own boards put him as a starting player.

He shouldn't even be eligible to play. Medical redshirt issues aside, he was a L'ville student at the start of the fall '13 semester, played in nine games, and announced his transfer to GSU in April. He should be sitting until the end of this fall semester same as McKay.

Crazy how that works

Could someone fill me in on why he was questionable or running late for that matter? Was it sickness, injury... etc.? Sorry if this is common knowledge that I should already know.

Ware is still a difference maker, just like Naz Long is a difference maker. It doesn't mean he's the best player on their team, but he's still probably the third most important player.

They seem similar to us right now - 3 guard lineup (at least until McKay / McKat / McCoy is eligible). Having Ware out will limit their depth and will affect them just like ISU having some of its players out.

I do hope he makes it to the game so that the Clones can beat Georgia State's full roster. Hilton better be loud! I think we'll need it to make the difference.

Wish is why we are a better team. He is similar to Naz. He is their third most important player, Naz is our 5th (in this game).

There is no guarantee that we won't see Nader supplant Naz in the starting lineup for some of the games between now and 20 Dec.

Being an Arsenal fan I've learned that if you have bone sticking out of your skin at some point in your career you're never the same player as you were or could have been.
